What type of experience do I need to get an interview?
The Phoenix Staffing specializes exclusively in the multifamily apartment industry.
To be considered for employment, you must have prior multifamily experience in one of the following areas:
> Leasing Professional
> Apartment Maintenance Technician
> Maintenance Supervisor
> Groundskeeper/Porter
> Other apartment community operations roles
Previous multifamily experience is required and is a must for our staffing opportunities.
Are these positions temporary?
We're different than most staffing companies!
While many of our opportunities begin as temporary assignments, our goal is always to help you secure a full-time position with one of our clients whenever possible.

You can access your paystub anytime through our employee portal. Your paystubs are also emailed to you on a weekly basis.

Where do I find my W-2?
Your W-2 is available through our employee portal. Please note that W-2's are sent out via mail by the end of January.
