Bry Carter is the Chief Sales Officer at The Phoenix Staffing and a multifamily industry leader with more than 30 years of experience. He specializes in workforce solutions, leadership development, and helping apartment owners build high-performing teams. An NAAEI Advanced Facilitator, national speaker, and CAM/CALP instructor, Bry is also an active leader with the Arizona Multihousing Association and a national advocate for the multifamily industry.


Pam is a finance and operations professional with more than 18 years of experience in payroll, accounts receivable, and financial operations. At The Phoenix Staffing, she oversees essential back-office functions that support employees, clients, and company growth. Passionate about process improvement and operational excellence, Pam is known for her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering accurate, efficient, and reliable financial operations.
Brandon Andersen has been part of the multifamily housing industry since 2013 and joined The Phoenix Staffing in 2020. With a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping others, Brandon has dedicated his career to making a positive impact. After years of helping people find the perfect place to call home, he now focuses on connecting talented professionals with rewarding careers where they can grow and thrive. His industry knowledge and commitment to exceptional service make him a trusted partner for both candidates and clients.
